Barbara R. Trader Leadership Award

The Barbara R. Trader Leadership Award is presented to a TASH member who demonstrates extraordinary leadership toward the enrichment of the organization. This individual must exemplify TASH values, possess a profile of courage, contribute to the growth and success of the organization, and promote TASH’s contribution to advocacy and social justice for individuals with disabilities. This award is presented in honor of Barbara R. Trader, who, as executive director (2006-2016), contributed to the growth and success of TASH. Barb was the 2015 inaugural recipient.

TASH will only accept complete forms. Please review the entire application form before you start filling it out. Incomplete forms cannot be saved. We recommend having your content completed offline prior to submitting it. Please fill out the following three steps in order to complete your nomination.
Please upload a curriculum vitae detailing the nominee's leadership skills and background/experience as it relates to TASH's values and mission.
Using 500-1000 words, please describe the nominee’s efforts to contribute to the growth and success of TASH.
Attach up to three letters that support the nominee’s application, from individuals who can attest to the nominee’s work on behalf of exemplifying TASH leadership and values, possessing a profile of courage, contributing to the growth and success of the organization, and promoting TASH’s contribution to advocacy and social justice for individuals with disabilities.
