2025 Conference Scholarship Application

A limited number of Conference scholarships will be available for self-advocates or family members who demonstrate a need for support to attend the 2025 TASH Conference. A scholarship covers ONLY the registration fee and does not include travel, meals, or hotel expenses.

If awarded, scholarship recipients are expected to:

Commit to participate in the learning sessions and community-building activities on December 4 – December 6, 2025, including Day 1 Intensive Workshops; and
Send a thank you note to scholarship provider, and
Provide a testimony of your TASH experience by Wednesday, December 31, 2025 (send to dparks@tash.org).

To apply for a scholarship, please complete the form below and click on the "Submit" button. All applications must be submitted from Friday, August 1 - Sunday, August 31, 2025. Applications will be reviewed and notifications will be emailed in September, 2025.
