2024 Conference Scholarship Application

A limited number of Conference scholarships will be available for self-advocates or family members who demonstrate a need for support to attend the 2024 TASH Conference. A scholarship covers ONLY the registration fee and does not include travel, meals, or hotel expenses.

If awarded, scholarship recipients are expected to:

Commit to participate in the learning sessions and community-building activities on December 5 – December 7, 2024, including Day 1 Intensive Workshops; and
Send a thank you note to scholarship provider, and
Provide a testimony of your TASH experience by Tuesday, December 31, 2024 (send to dparks@tash.org).

To apply for a scholarship, please complete the form below and click on the "Submit" button. All applications must be submitted from Thursday, August 1 - Monday, September 30, 2024. Applications will be reviewed and notifications will be emailed in October.
