Conference Scholarship Application

A limited number of Conference scholarships will be available for self-advocates or family members who demonstrate a need for support to attend the 2023 TASH Conference. Priority is given to first-time Conference attendees and current TASH members. A scholarship covers ONLY the registration fee and does not include travel, meals, or hotel expenses.

If awarded, scholarship recipients are expected to:

• Commit to participate in the learning sessions and community-building activities on November 30 – December 2, 2023, including Day 1 Intensive Workshops; and

• Send a thank you note to scholarship provider.

To apply for a scholarship, please complete the form below and click on the "Submit" button. All applications must be submitted by Friday, October 6, 2023. Applications will be reviewed and notifications will be emailed by the third week in October.
