TASH Chapters

All members of TASH are members of their local chapter. TASH encourages every member to play an active role in their chapter and get involved in the issues impacting your community. Click on the chapter you would like to join below then click "join group."

Arizona TASH and TASH @ NAU comprise the TASH chapter supporting equity, opportunity and inclusion throughout Arizona. Our mission is to promote social justice for persons with significant disabilities through advocacy and shared resources and information. Arizona TASH relates the mission and vision of TASH to the issues and needs that impact residents of Arizona.

The Cal-TASH organization supports practices that promote our resolution that all people, regardless of their label or perceived level of disability, should have the supports they need to direct the course of their own lives, and to live and participate successfully in inclusive schools and communities.

As members of Ohio TASH, we wish to take part in building joyful, life-sharing communities that grow from the high expectations that we, as community members, have of ourselves and each other. All of Ohio’s communities must grow to include or re-include some who are now missing from our towns, schools and lives.

PennTASH (Pennsylvania TASH) believes in uncompromised inclusion, freedom of choice, and self-empowerment of people with significant disabilities who all deserve:
to be treated as equal citizens, with dignity and respect,
to draw from the same life options as other citizens, and
to receive services and supports needed to live and participate in the community.

The Polypotamia TASH Chapter group (Polypotamia was Thomas Jefferson's proposed name for a state to occupy the region that is now southern Illinois. It is a Greek name, meaning "many rivers"). This isn't a real group. It's just for testing puposes.
