Do you have an idea for an episode of TASH Amplified? Or is there someone you have in mind that you would like to hear from and want to make a suggestion? Then we would like to hear from you. Use the following form to tell us about your idea.

Contact First Name *The first name of the person who will serve as the point of contact for the proposed podcast episode.		Contact Last Name *The last name of the person who will serve as the point of contact for the proposed podcast episode.
Contact Email Address *The e-mail address of the person who should be contacted about the proposed podcast episode.
Contact Phone NumberThe telephone number of the person who will serve as the point of contact for the proposed podcast episode.
Interviewee First NameThe first name of the person to be interviewed for the proposed podcast episode (if different from the contact name).		Interviewee Last NameThe last name of the person to be interviewed for the proposed podcast episode (if different from the contact name).
Interviewee OrganizationThe name of the organization of the person to be interviewed for the proposed podcast episode (if applicable).
