How do we develop family-school partnerships in these challenging times? What has worked & what are the obstacles? We will focus on core principles of collaboration with students’ families, & outreach for teachers to build community partnerships, in remote & in-person learning. We'll examine the concepts of cultural competency, cultural humility & cultural brokering & connect these concepts with specific examples. Participants will identify strategies to strengthen communication & collaboration.
