Agency Transformation—Tapping Community for Behavioral Supports

Episode three will focus on three instances in which a group of agencies transformed from site-based programming to person-centered community services.
How to participate: This series of live webinars will be streamed over the web. Each presentation will be about fifty minutes, followed by ten minutes for questions and answers. Registered participants will receive an e-mail with instructions and the link to join the webinar on Tuesday (two days prior) and a reminder the morning of the event.
